Refund policy

14-day returns

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags where applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact maskkalkan@gmail.com. Please include your order number and wait for return instructions before sending the item. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damaged or incorrect items

Inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions

Custom or personalized products and gift cards cannot be returned. Sale items are not eligible for voluntary returns. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item. These exclusions do not limit any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law.

Exchanges

The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day withdrawal period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without giving a reason, subject to applicable exceptions. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.
